A full service portrait/wedding photography studio and digital photo lab in Athens, Tennessee serving all of the eastern Tennessee area. We specialize in family, baby, children, glamour & boudoir, senior, maternity, engagement, bridal, wedding and business & actor/model head shots with z-card option. We really hope to provide a fun and exciting portrait experience for your entire family. No smoking or vaping in or around studio. We have pregnant and nursing mothers who come with their babies and children for portraits. There is an area for smokers about 50 feet away from the studio. None of our photographers are smokers. Smoking & vaping NOT permitted in studio, office or on front porch of studio.
Babies have changing sleep patterns. Naturally, the best time to schedule their portrait appointment is when they are fully awake. But, this may change by time of your portrait session. I can open the studio as early as 9am if this helps for photographing your baby at a better time. We can also reschedule for a different day or for earlier or later time the same day when possible. Let's team up to work this to help ensure the best portraits.
You may pay for your portrait session in advance using the appropriate Portrait Session Payment Button below or just wait until after your portrait session. If you pay online in advance, you will receive a receipt to your email and we will also have a printed copy of the receipt to hand you when we meet for your portrait appointment. Paying now with payment button below is simply offered as a convenient way to save time later after your session.

At conclusion of your portrait session, if you are not happy with the images shot for you by Top Class Portraits™ photographer, you don't have to accept the images and you don't pay for the portrait session. All your images will be shown to you on 42" computer monitor in the studio.
You may select your favorites and even request any special retouching or other enhancements. Your images will be uploaded by the next business day for viewing and downloading the full resolution JPEGs with copyright release to you.
Real Estate Photography Package - $80

I provide a multimedia Real Estate Package consisting of 360° virtual 3D tour and professional real estate photography still images which include perspective corrections when needed and other enhancements. Most residential properties shot within one hour. Doesn't matter the number of rooms, floors, etc. Shot within one hour priced at $80 in McMinn and Monroe Counties, Tennessee. A Premium Listing purchase includes one multimedia Real Estate Package. The $80 price for each additional property includes next business day delivery as well as posting on your Premium Listing here on the Directory. In the Top Class Portraits™ studio we offer a variety of themes for boys and girls which captures their interests and hobbies to help capture more of their personalities. With the Deluxe Portrait Session you may choose from hundreds of digital backgrounds and we have a variety of props to compliment many of our studio portrait themes. But you may also bring your own props as well to help us really capture your photographic vision. Hobby items such as basket ball, tennis, baseball bat & glove, drone, hunting outfit, football uniform, guitar and more are ALL highly encouraged to bring to help capture this time in their lives. Top Class Portraits™ Sessions
We schedule a various number of sessions per day. Up to three Top Class Portraits™ sessions per day in the studio and portrait area outdoors behind the studio. This helps ensure you receive maximum studio portrait photography attention and customer service. Other photographers and Portrait Club members also use and schedule sessions at the studio or strictly in the area outdoors behind studio. For this reason, more than one portrait session can be scheduled at the same time depending on customer needs of each session. During summer and fall there is a backyard photography area behind the studio which makes outdoor portrait sessions more convenient and less time consuming.
Top Class Portraits™ customers are required to give permission to use any and all photographs from every session we shoot for you for posting on our website, Facebook and other social media for public viewing as well as public viewing in the form of printed samples and slide show presentations in public places. We have this policy in place as we anticipate Congress pushing for greater privacy online to protect children. All photographers may eventually be required by our hosting services to have written authorization. If you don't want to give us this permission, we regret we will not be able to provide our portrait services to you. All JPEGs provided to portrait and wedding customers at 300 pixels per inch, saved as level "10" baseline standard, a valid ICC profile embedded and in the sRGB working colorspace.
Deluxe Portrait Session:
This session designed for high-end portraiture where attention to detail and taking time is important for the highest quality photographic images. Whether shot in the studio or outdoors, I provide a Deluxe Portrait Session for up to two hours. In this two hour time, you may have as many clothing changes as desired as long as time permits to ensure you receive all the poses. Your Deluxe Portrait Session may include two outdoor locations of your choice as long as both locations are within 20 miles of the studio and both locations within 5 miles of one another. May include up to eight people. You will receive up to 15 different poses. You will receive 35 full-resolution JPEGs which have been touched-up and enhanced and are all copyright released to you! These will be the best images from your portrait session. You may select them yourself if you wish at conclusion of your session. After I have completed all enhancements, I will post link to your Google Drive Portrait Album on the Sessions page of website or send you link in email you have provided. With the Deluxe Portrait Session you may have three green screen poses with digital backgrounds of your choice.
Deluxe Portrait Session Price $150.
Deluxe Fine Art Upgrade Option: Add $75.
The priority and focus of this portrait session is high-end portraiture. We will plan up to 4 different poses only. This remains a portrait session up to two hours in the studio and/or the outdoor Portrait Park area behind the studio. Every detail is considered and planned during portrait session pre-consultation. Attire, colors, textures & theme(s). All about Quality with much less emphasis on quantity. This session for the more discriminating portrait customer seeking the highest quality portraiture which may be expected to produce images that may very well become family heirlooms for many years to come.
Includes portrait customer's selection of their favorite image for 16" x 20" wall portrait mounted on ⅛" thick Masonite with Brush Texture surface included. Photography by Top Class Portraits™ photographer and studio owner John Wilson.
Standard Portrait Session:
The Standard Portrait Session in the studio and/or our backyard photo area behind the studio. This session up to one hour. In this one hour time, you may have two different outfits. You will receive up to 8 different poses. May include up to five people. You will receive 20 full-resolution JPEGs which have been touched-up and enhanced and are all copyright released to you! These will be the best images from your portrait session. You may select them yourself if you wish at conclusion of your session. This includes ONE pose on green screen with digital background choice at photographer’s discretion. After I have completed all enhancements, I will post link to your Google Drive Portrait Album on the Sessions page of website by next business day where you may view and download your images. Any family and friends you share the link with may also view and download the full-resolution printable images!
Standard Portrait Session Price $100.
Mini Portrait Session:
Mini Portrait Session in the studio only. This is a 30 minute session. This includes one clothing change. Four poses. You select your favorite 10 images. These images will then be enhanced and retouched. For only one person/subject. These images are full-resolution and copyright released to use any way you see fit. After I have completed all enhancements, I will post link to your Google Drive Portrait Album on the Sessions page of website by next business day where you may view and download your images. No green screen included. Exception to the number of people in this session for Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter, Father & Daughter Dance, Christmas.
Mini Portrait Session Price $50.

I provide professional head shot portrait services to real estate agents, insurance, attorney, medical, model/actor and other professionals in need of the best quality head shot portraits. Composite/Z-Cards are included at no additional charge for model/actor Deluxe Portrait Sessions.
The Head Shot Portrait Session is a 30 minute session. This includes one clothing change. Four poses. You select your favorite 10 images. These images will then be enhanced and retouched. For only one person/subject. May include two green screen poses with your selection of digital background. These images are full-resolution and copyright released to use any way you see fit. This is an inside studio portrait session only. Your images will be delivered to you via Google drive online portrait album. You may have us email the link to you and/or post on the Sessions page of our website.
Head Shot Portrait Session Price $75.
